Terre Exotique’s organic dried bergamot powder gives an instant burst of fragrant citrus flavour to creamy desserts. Or use it as a seasoning for fish and scallops. Made by drying and grinding peel from the bergamot citrus fruit, this powder is intense with floral sweet-sharp flavour. This is a pure fruit flavour, with no added sugar.

Add a pinch to pannacotta and custards, stir through madeleine mixtures, sprinkle over pan-fried scallops or BBQ prawns. We also love using this dried bergamot powder alongside ginger and garlic as a marinade.
