Made by drying and grinding yuzu peel, this powder is intense with citric aromas – there’s no added sugar making it 100% pure fruit flavour.
Add a pinch to chocolate ganache, sprinkle over coconut pancakes, or mix with chilli and garlic, then use as a marinade for shrimps.
