The glass stovetop kettle is an elegant new way to boil water for tea and coffee. The heat proof, borosilicate glass is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
Do not fill a hot kettle with cold water, or a cold kettle with very hot water. The glass may shatter if it experiences an extreme temperature change.
Caution: use oven gloves or other protection when lifting the kettle after boiling – the glass will be hot! The kettle does not whistle, so do not leave it unattended while heating.
Dishwasher safe.
