Kito yuzu jam has a delicate balance of sweetness and sharp acidity. Made in Japan, this soft citrus fruit jam has been developed by Umami in collaboration with Stephan Perrotte, 2015 Jam World Champion. Try using the jam in the following way:
- Stir through plain yogurt for a sweet burst of flavour
- Layer between swiss roll for a Japanese-inspired cake
- Use in place of orange jam to glaze duck breast

Ingredients: Yuzu (56%), sugar, lemon juice, setting agent (pectin)
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from light. Refrigerate after opening.
