Willie’s Cacao El Blanco pure white chocolate is made with just three ingredients: cocoa butter, milk powder and raw cane sugar. This totally pure bar doesn’t contain any vanilla, allowing the natural cocoa flavours to shine through, also meaning it’s perfect to use when making more adventurous flavoured patisserie. As it’s not too sweet, you can enjoy a square (or two) of this creamy chocolate bar as it is.
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolate contains only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and is made in small batches in Devon.
