Willie’s Cacao Milk of the Stars 54% milk chocolate bar is all about the soft caramel notes. Made with beans from Surabaya in Java (an Indonesian island), this dark milk chocolate bar has the same amount of sugar as 70% dark chocolate, plus a little milk.

All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolate contains only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and is made in small batches in Devon.
