A luxurious blend of single estate dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and a pinch of Cornish sea salt, they are finished with a smooth coating of extra chocolate and dusting of lightly bitter cocoa.
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolates contain only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and are made in small batches in Devon.
