Willie’s Cacao praline truffles Marc De Champagne combine the flavour of nutty dark chocolate with the velvety vanilla flavours of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes used to make Marc de Champagne. Marc de Champagne is a higher alcohol luxurious liqueur made in the Champagne region of France. Made from single Estate dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, these truffles are silky smooth, their richness offset by the light bitterness of a final dusting of cocoa.Â
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolates contain only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and are made in small batches in Devon.
