Willie’s Cacao San Agustin 70% Colombian chef’s drops (made with Trinitario beans, raw cane sugar and cocoa butter) lend gentle spiced notes to cookies and cakes. The single-estate chocolate has honeyed, nutty notes and subtle red fruit flavours. You can use these chocolate drops in your cooking, baking, or just eat them straight from the tub!
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolates contain only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and are made in small batches in Devon.
