Willie’s Cacao single estate 52% hot chocolate makes an indulgent chocolate drink. Colombian cocoa beans are lightly roasted, conched for 21 days, pressed to remove some of the butter, and then milled into a powder. The result is a 100% natural chocolate powder, which can be added to dairy, soy or nut milks.
To make a hot chocolate, follow the below steps:
- Put 30g hot chocolate powder in a mug and gradually stir in 200ml hot milk
- Froth, and drink
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolates contain only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and are made in small batches in Devon.
